Easy Pineapple Casserole 1cup butter 2/3 cups sugar 6 eggs 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well 9 slices bread, cubed 1/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. 2. Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Fold in pineapple and bread. Pour into 9x13 inch greased baking dish. 3. Bake 1 hour, until center springs back when touched lightly. Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven to melt cheese. |
