Use equal parts of vineger and water with a few drops of lavendar oil for a safe and pleasant cleaner. Works great on counter tops as well as mirrors! -Becky M. |

2 1/2 C Zucchini grated (and drained) 2 Eggs 1 C toasted bread torn into small pieces 2 Tablespoons Onion minced 1 Clove Garlic minced 1 Tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning 2 Tablespoons Mayo 1 Teaspoon Lemon Juice |
Mix ingredients together. Roll and form into cakes. Dip in flour then fry in oil till brown. |
